The customer has the right at any time (during office hours) to check, modify, and delete their information from the register. As a rule, data is not disclosed to second or third parties. Data may be disclosed to authorities in the event of an attack on the company or other matters requiring investigation. Data is processed within the limits permitted and required by the Personal Data Act. Personal data contained in the register will not be transferred outside the EU or EEA.

If the data subject’s request for correction is not accepted, a written certificate of the matter will be provided to the data subject.
The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, primarily in the country where their permanent residence or workplace is located or where the alleged breach of the Data Protection Regulation has occurred. The data subject has the right to prohibit the use of their data for direct marketing by notifying the controller.
