I am an employment specialist with 15 years of experience in various employment-focused coaching and training programs. Throughout my career, I have worked extensively in individual coaching, as well as in service development and management roles. My core expertise lies in the employment of people with partial work ability and supporting the return to work; I truly believe that every individual possesses their own unique strengths.
By nature, I am gentle and quick-witted with a good sense of humor. People and genuine human encounters are particularly close to my heart. I am a firm believer in the power of open dialogue and the idea that everyone has the chance to find their place, both in working life and beyond. In my free time, I love to immerse myself in my favorite books. I also enjoy various creative projects that inspire me and bring fulfillment to my life.

I am a professional in human engagement with over 18 years of experience in various guidance, education, and coaching roles. I have over 10 years of experience in developing and leading employment-promoting services. I believe that meaningfulness is born through encounters — it is the “superpower” of (work) life, whether it involves helping our clients or leading a team.
As a person, I am energetic, enthusiastic, and considerate. In my free time, I enjoy diverse forms of exercise and coach Finnish baseball (pesäpallo). I believe that people are at the heart of everything we do and that everyone has the opportunity to find a place in working life that feels like their own.
